4th and 5th Grade Youth Group

Our 4-5th graders this year have been busy getting acquainted with one another during youth group. This has been a great place for the kids to learn more about each other and become familiar with one another.

We have had fun planning our year. Our first meeting we played some "Minute to Win it" games. Junk in your trunk and knocking bottles over with a ball in nylons on your head proved to be fun and challenging. Our trip to the pumpkin patch found us riding on a hayride through a field of 15 foot tall sunflower seeds. Pumpkins and Indian corn for everyone. Our last meeting we played Scavenger Hunt with a camera and riddle clues. This proved to be very challenging and demanded cooperation between the people in their groups. The groups did great. All in all they learned more about their church campus and names of places on our facilities.

We meet about twice a month on Sundays at 11:45-1:15. We bring a sack lunch play games, discuss topics, have outings and plenty more.
