On the first Sunday of every month, Campbell UMC invites a special Communion Offering in addition to the regular offering. Communion offering contributions go—100%–toward the cause designated. Communion offerings are designated in advance to contribute to specific causes.
Special offerings have benefited: 
- The Pastor’s Discretionary Fund (used to meet short-term emergency needs of individuals inside and outside of the congregation)
- The Elmwood Jail Ministry
- Native American ministries of the United Methodist Church
- Peace and Justice work in United Methodist churches in California and Nevada
